No arbitrary program end date. Entrepreneurs stay as long as they’re benefiting from the shared infrastructure and resources, within the bounds of their individual agreement with Sera Digital Corp.

Current Resident Companies

The Digital Greenhouse™ is already operational with five resident companies:

Trexcel Corporation - Cybersecurity compliance and technology solutions for defense contractors. Their XEnclave™ platform helps small businesses achieve CMMC certification.

MISC Systems, LLC (Launching 3Q 2026) - Provides a fast-track path for entrepreneurs to validate ideas and build products without the overhead of traditional company formation.

Exashift, Inc. (Planning Phase - 2027) - Developing mission-critical systems for highly regulated environments (currently in stealth mode).

N2 Healthcare, Inc. (Grants Phase) - HIPAA 2025-compliant healthcare technology solutions focused on reducing cognitive and time demands on healthcare providers, leading to happier physicians, improved patient outcomes and lower healthcare costs.

Sera Thrive, Inc. (Setup Phase - Summer 2026) - An independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps women and veterans start, grow, and sustain careers and businesses in technology through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experience.

Application Status

We are not currently accepting applications until our core resident companies reach a sufficient level of maturity. Once this milestone is achieved, we will open applications to new entrepreneurs.

When we do open applications, we will look for:

  • Technical founders with domain expertise
  • Real problems being solved, not solutions looking for problems
  • Nebraska commitment - willing to build here
  • Realistic expectations about timelines and markets
  • Coachability - open to feedback and willing to pivot
